Accessibility
Please contact us via our contact us page to get in touch to discuss any accessibility requirements that you may have in advance of making a booking. We are able to make reasonable adjustments to our sessions to accommodate customers with disabilities with notice. Reasonable adjustments for the session may include providing a carer place for the disabled person. If a carer place is allocated as part of the reasonable adjustments for the session proof of disability will be required.
Please note that for health and safety reasons there are Entry Requirements for our activities that will still apply for disabled persons including being able to swim a minimum of 25 metres to take part in the session. For more information on the entry requirements for each activity please see the Aqua Park and Cable Wake Park pages.
