Activity Check-In Staff (Reception).

This is a seasonal position: April - September
Age: 17+
This position involves working on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays. Part-time weekend and school holiday positions also available.

Pay is dependant upon age and experience.

Main Duties:

  • Greeting customers at our activity reception desk.

  • Checking-in customers via our booking system.

  • Issuing hire equipment including wetsuits and buoyancy aids.

  • Answering the phone and in-person queries.

  • Processing sales and taking payments.

  • Work area tidying and cleaning.

The Role

This is a customer facing role, you will need to have a friendly yet efficient manner and be able to maintain this during busy periods to provide a timely check-in for our activity customers.

You will be working as part of a team where being flexible is important - you may sometimes be needed to support other staff members in other roles – for example general cleaning and equipment sanitising.

Location

You will be based at our business location in Rother Valley Country Park.
