Job Summary

16+ years

This opportunity is for seasonal staff from 16 years of age to work in our popular café supporting our water activities.

Hours of work will be on a pre-arranged flexible basis to include weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays and school holiday periods.

Seasonal (March - September/ October)

Main Duties

  • Preparation of hot and cold food and drink and serving customers using our till system.

  • Restocking fridges, snack items and ices.

  • Advising of stock shortages.

  • Accepting deliveries.

  • Regular and daily cleaning to a hygienic standard.

  • Further detailed duties will be discussed at interview.

The Role

These are customer facing roles where a friendly and approachable manner is essential. As we are a seasonal business you will need to be able to work well under pressure, especially during periods of good weather, when we may be very busy – good teamwork skills are essential.

An awareness of the importance of good hygiene and allergen information will be required.

Training will be given in all areas. Food safety Level 2, or a willingness to achieve this online would be an advantage.
