Seasonal Position April - September/ October

Weekend and Bank Holiday working required - variable hours (full and part-time available)

Main Duties

• Taking orders from customers at our bar counter using our till system.

• Serving alcoholic, non alcoholic drinks and packaged bar snacks.

• Changing barrels and bar line cleaning  (Additional training will be provided).

• Accepting deliveries.

• Regular cleaning and tidying bar tables.

• Daily cleaning of all bar areas, including public toilets.

The Role

This is a responsible customer facing position and a friendly, approachable manner is essential. As we are a seasonal business you will need to be able to work well under pressure, especially during periods of good weather, when we may be very busy.

You will need to manage your own time effectively using quieter times to re-stock, and organise the back bar cellar among other tasks.
